Roundtable Update – Let’s Make Our Conversations Even Better
Hey everyone,
Thank you so much for your continued support and for showing up to our Wednesday roundtables. I really appreciate it.
I want to apologize for not moderating more actively in recent sessions. When a group of passionate people get together, it’s easy for conversations to get lively—and interruptions to happen (I’m definitely guilty of this myself).
Going forward, I’ll do a better job of moderating so that everyone has a chance to speak without being interrupted. My goal is for every participant to feel heard and respected.
Looking forward to another great roundtable next week!

Weeks this has been going on and made me wish not to join anymore. One guy was responsible for over 14 interruptions last night. Rude, off the point, and contributing nothing to the conversation. As someone else wrote "He doesn't read the room, not as funny as he thinks he is. Sacha had to keep him in check a few times. He also cut off this other guy that was trying to speak which was really disrespectful." The other guy was Sohl at the end, but many others were interrupted throughout the night.
Very rude person in the meetings every time. I think he is the one donating lots of money $$$ so maybe that is why he has not been checked for interruptions and disrespect. He even told one member Sohl to STFU last night…very disappointing. Reason why I have not tuned in for months.
